# Privacy notice

## Who we are

PackPass is a service of Forge Digital, Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact: [forgedigital.eu@gmail.com](mailto:forgedigital.eu@gmail.com).

## What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the company name you enter (optional), the date you signed up, the page language, and which campaign link brought you to the page, if any. We do not use tracking cookies.

We also count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you: it records anonymous page views, the country, the referring website and the device type, so we can see how many people find the page.

## Why we use it

Only to contact you about PackPass: to tell you when founding spots open and to offer a free check of whether your batteries need a passport. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

## Where it is kept and for how long

Your details are stored privately with our hosting provider, Vercel. We keep them until you ask us to delete them, or for at most 24 months if we have not worked together.

## Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing [forgedigital.eu@gmail.com](mailto:forgedigital.eu@gmail.com). You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
